Public Notices on Development Applications

Development application status trackers are available for rezoning, development variances, and Temporary Use Permits, which show active development applications by Electoral Area, civic address, date received, status, progress, and date of most recent activity:

• Rezoning Application Tracker
• Development Variance Application Tracker
• Temporary Use Permit Application Tracker

An active short-term rental (STR) Temporary Use Permit (TUP) tracker is also available, which shows active TUPs by Electoral Area, civic address, and issued and expiry date.

• Active STR Temporary Use Permits Issued by the ACRD.

Application trackers will be updated each month, while the TUP tracker will be updated as TUPs are issued by the Board.
