Bank repair on Cameron Lake - Highway 4

Mainroad crews will be performing bank maintenance along BC Highway 4 at Cameron Lake, west of Angel Rock. This work will run from Monday, January 5 to Friday, January 30 on weekdays, from 8 am to 5 pm.

Both lanes will remain open to traffic for the duration of the project; brief lane shifts will be utilized by crews when necessary. Signage will be in place to guide drivers through the area. Minor delays are expected, please allow extra time when travelling.

Drivers are reminded to obey signs and traffic control personnel and watch for roadside workers. Please show respect for all roadside crews and slow down.

Harvesting operations create temporary closures on Bamfield Main

Mosaic will begin harvesting operations on Bamfield Main (approximately 14km to 15km) starting Monday, December 8.

Traffic Impact:

• To ensure safety, traffic control and temporary road closures will be in place.
• Closures will last up to 20 minutes at a time.
• Mosaic will work to keep delays as short as possible.

Duration:

• Operations are expected to continue for up to five days, weather permitting.
